Return & Refund Policy

At Craftika Hub, we are dedicated to providing authentic, safe, and high-quality Ayurvedic products. Due to the personal-use nature of our items, we follow a strict replacement-only policy under specific conditions.


🚫 No Returns or Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any of our products, including soaps, oils, ubtans, and other personal-care items — regardless of dissatisfaction or partial use.


📦 Replacement Policy – Damaged or Incorrect Products Only

We offer a free replacement if your order arrives damaged or with the wrong item. To be eligible, the following must be provided:

🎥 Unboxing Video is Mandatory

A full, uninterrupted video of the unboxing process is required. It must:

Start before opening the package

Clearly show the shipping label with your name & order ID

Show the entire unpacking process, with no cuts or edits

Display the issue clearly (damage or wrong item)

Include visuals of the outer shipping box

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.


📆 7-Day Claim Window

All replacement requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Full unboxing video (as per the above requirements)

Order ID or invoice

Photographs of the packaging and product


🔍 Important Notes

Minor issues such as light dents, scratches, or external packaging flaws not affecting product usability are not eligible for replacement.

Replacements are only processed for functional damage or incorrect items.

Craftika Hub is not responsible for any allergic or adverse reactions.
Every skin type is unique — we urge customers to:

Read the full ingredient list carefully before purchase

Conduct a patch test before full use

Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs

No claims will be accepted for allergies or sensitivities.


🚚 Free Shipping on Approved Replacements

Once approved, your replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
There is no need to return the original item.
